Here's a simple technique I started using last year and it works pretty well for me.
If everyone would do this, I think the world would be a much better place, and maybe our blood pressure would be lower too.

Once a day,
cut someone slack who doesn't deserve it.
That's it!
I find it especially helpful during driving, but it comes in handy at other times too.
